Can your MCT Oil cause upset stomach?

According to WebMD:

MCTs are safe for most people when taken by mouth or given intravenously (by IV).

Some people initially experience an upset stomach if they take too much MCT, or aren't used to taking these types of quality fats on a regular basis. (This is true for all MCT products, not just our own.)

To ensure that this doesn't happen to you, we recommend starting with 1 tbsp (1 serving) per day with food or as part of a smoothie or shake.

So long as you gradually increase the amount of MCT that you take over time, you shouldn't have any other issues.

Other than that, the only other "side effects" may be increased energy, focus, and fat burning.* 😉 🚀 🔥
