What is Emulsification and why should I care?

Let's talk science! ðŸ¤“

Emulsification is the process of breaking down fats globules into tiny droplets, which allows them to be suspended in water at room temperature.

Pretty cool right!?!

Why should I care?

Well my friend, have you ever added MCT Oil to your coffee?  You probably got an oil slick going on didn't you?

Some people don't mind, but Creamy MCT Oil does not do this because it is emulsified and mixes completely and conveniently in any drink.

(Hint: Emulsification also lets you add it to cold drinks too, not just hot ones.)

How do you do it?

We start with the same Organic, Project Non-GMO Verified, and Ethically Sourced coconuts used for our regular MCT Oil.

Then, we add an emulsifier in the form of soluble fiber called gum arabic. More on that here.

Tada! ðŸŽ‰ No more oil slicks.

I want to know more!
