Are your Jersey cows tested for A2 genetics?
We do not genetically test our cows which is why we do not make claims such as "100% A2" or "certified A2" on any of our labels, packaging, or product descriptions.
Additionally, our Organic Grass-fed Whey is filtered twice to remove sugar (lactose) and casein (the milk protein that can be either A1 or A2). This ensures that only trace amounts of casein are found in our product.
