What do you test for?
Some of the quality and safety parameters we test every batch for include:
✔️ Ingredient assays to verify key nutritional specifications, such as C8 (caprylic acid) content.
✔️ Heavy metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic, and cadmium.
✔️ Microbiological quality parameters such as total plate count, yeast & mold, Salmonella, E. coli, and Staphylococcus aureus.
✔️ Additional quality screening, including oxidation markers such as peroxide value.
