What Does a Clean Coffee Test For?

Our testing program includes:

Coffee is an annual crop, so each harvest can be different. We evaluate multiple coffee lots each year and select coffee that meets our sourcing, quality, and testing standards. New analytical reports are published when a new crop is selected.
