We recommend storing Organic Grass-fed Collagen in a cool, dry place such as your pantry.

And what is the shelf life after I open it?

Organic Grass-fed Collagen are pure protein powder, so as long as you seal the bag tightly after each use it will remain fresh for many months.

Once the bag is opened we do recommend using it within 60 to 90 days. This is because ambient moisture in the air can cause the Organic Grass-fed Collagen powder to clump. That said, even clumpy collagen is still safe to use.
