I submitted a request about my data to datarequests@naturalforce.com. When will I receive a response?

You will receive a response from us within 24-72 hours acknowledging receipt of your request. Once we verify your identity, please allow up to 45 days to respond with the information you requested. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period (45 or 90 days). In order for us to respond with the information you requested in the quickest way possible, please ensure you have provided the following information:

2. Name associated with your Natural Force account
3. Email address associated with your Natural Force account
4. State of residence
5. Billing zip code
6. Your most recent Natural Force Order Number

If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of the requestor, please include written proof that you are an authorized agent such as a signed power of attorney.

Please note that any information we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the receipt of your request. If applicable, the response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request. For requests for a copy of your data, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily usable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
