When will I receive my refund?

If you've been notified that you are eligible for a refund, we generally submit it the same business day.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days to post back to your account.

The time that it takes really just depends on the payment provider.

It says "pending".

Please check your bank account or credit card. Often times, the refund will show as "pending" or "processing".

If this is the case, your bank already has the refund we submitted. You simply need to wait for them to post the amount back to your account.

Please contact your bank or credit card company if you have questions regarding this process.

I still haven't received it.
