Here are three options for fixing your problem:
Navigate to the account login page - https://naturalforce.com/account/login
Once you are on the account login page, you can then enter your email address and select the "Forgot?" option adjacent to the password field.
This should then send you a password reset email which will allow you to create a new password and log in to the account.
However, if this does not work, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can send you an account activation invite link.
If the above 2 options didn't work, you could create a new one here https://naturalforce.com/account/register
You would need to use an alternate email address, but once you create a new account, we could close out the old account and manually apply all of your existing FoN reward points. Once done please email us at email@example.com so we can help you in transferring the FoN reward points.
You would also get an additional 1,000 reward points as a new account creation bonus! 😊
