For how long and at what temperature is your Organic Whey Protein powder pasteurized?

The grass-fed USDA Organic milk used to make our Organic Whey Protein is flash pasteurized following the California Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (sometimes also called HTST Pasteurization or "high-temperature short-time" pasteurization) It means the milk is heated to a required minimum temperature of 161°F for 15 seconds.
