What are the <1g carbs in MCT Creamer?

This small amount of carbohydrates is from a prebiotic soluble fiber called organic gum arabic.

There are less than 1g of carbohydrates in our MCT Creamer.

Will this affect my diet?

Keep in mind soluble fiber does not negatively impact blood sugar. In fact, it helps stabilize blood sugar levels throughout the day.

As an added bonus, this fiber provides fuel for gut bacteria which may help maintain healthy digestion. 💩
