What is the Omega 3-6-9 ratio of Organic Whey?

How did you know there were omegas in Organic Whey Protein??  You must be a scientist. ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ”ฌ ๐Ÿ˜

The approximate ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 to omega-9 fatty acids in Organic Whey is 2:7:33.

This was calculated by taking the total fat content in a serving of Organic Whey and converting it into milligrams:

Can you break it down for me?

Sure thing! Here is how we got there:

Total fat per serving of Organic Whey = 1.5gm = 1,500mg

Product lab test results were then used to convert the total % of omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9 into milligrams as well:

0.065% Omega 3 Fatty Acids = .975mg

0.245% Omega 6 Fatty Acids = 3.675mg

1.10% Omega 9 Fatty Acids = 16.5mg

These milligram totals are what provided the basis for the approximate ratios of omega-3 to omega-6 to omega-9.
